Delete your account

In the app

Profile › Delete account. Your account and progress are deleted straight away. If you signed in with Apple, we also remove our app from your Apple ID's Sign in with Apple list.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@onepercentlearning.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you used Apple's Hide My Email, tell us that you signed in with Apple. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email address and any Apple or Google sign-in details
• Your progress: sentences, scores, words, level and streak
• Your fair-use records

What doesn't

• Purchase records kept by Apple or Google. They keep these under their own policies.
• Your subscription. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Please cancel it in your Apple or Google settings first.
